Sesame noodle salad

1 /2   lb. linguine
1T sesame oil
3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
1 C red cabbage, finely chopped
1 / 2 C black olives, drained and slices
6 to 9 green onions, thinly sliced
3 T lightly toasted sesame seeds

Dressing:

1 / 4 C soy sauce
2T sesame oil
2 tsp. chili oil

Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and toss with 1T sesame oil. Add carrotsw, cabbage, olives, onions to cooled pasta. Whisk together dressing, add to above with the cooled sesame seeds and refrigerate.
