Pecan Squares

Crust
2/3 c confectioners' sugar
2 c unbleached flour
1/2 lb. sweet butter softened

Preheat oven to 350 grease 9x12" baking pan

Place all ingredients in the food procesor with metal blade and pulsr until crumbly pat crust into bottom of the pan bake for 20' or until lightly browned remove from the oven

Topping
2/3 c melted butter
1/2c honey
3T heavy cream
1/2 brown sugar
3 1/2 c pecans coarsley chopped

Mix melted butter,honey,cream and brown sugar together stir in pecans coating them spread oveer the crust return to oven and bake for 25' more. Cool completely before cutting
