Pecan Pumpkin Pie

makes 1- 9" pie
1 egg
1c pumpkin
1/3c sugar
1/2t cinnamon
1/4t nutmeg
1/8t cloves
1/8t ginger

Combine all ingredients spread over the bottom of an unbaked pie shell

2 eggs
2/3c corn syrup
1/4c melted butter
1/2t vanilla
1c pecans

Combine all ingredients. spoon over the pumpkin mixture in the shell bake 50' at 350 degrees

Pie shell

1c flour plus 2 T
pinch of salt
6T of butter
milk 2-3 T

Mix flour salt and butter in food processor on pulse until crumbly and milk and keep on to form ball roll out on floured surface and place in 9" pie pan use deep dish or buy ready made check to make sure there is no lard in the crust
