Mint and chocolate topping for brownies
2 Cups powdered sugar
½ C butter
¼ t peppermint extract
2 drops green food coloring
a little skim milk
6 oz chocolate chips
6 tbps butter
Frosting:
Beat butter, add sugar, peppermint, and milk
Chocolate:
Melt chocolate chips and butter
Wait until brownies have cooled, spread peppermint frosting, and then drizzle chocolate over. Refrigerate before serving to harden chocolate.
