Lemon Curd Pie

1 cup milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup butter  (1/2 stick)
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp grated lemon grind
1/2 cup bisquick
 
Put all in blender, blend for 2-3 minutes
Pour into 9" buttered pan
Bake at 350 for 40 min
 
sprinkle sugar on top then put under broiler for a really short time (MUST WATCH)
